People say that gel nail polish feels better than nail polish, so I bought a few bottles to try. But no matter how I apply the gel nail polish, there are always brush marks. What's going on? How should I apply gel nail polish?

What's wrong with the brush marks on the nail polish?

If the nail surface is not cleaned carefully enough and the grease film on the surface is not wiped clean, the subsequent glue may not stick. In addition, if the sponge is not polished properly or the light is on for too long, the nail polish will dry out and crack due to excessive drying. So when taking the glue, use the bottle mouth to gently scrape off the nail polish on the brush rod, and then scrape off the nail polish on the back of the brush head, leaving only a small amount of nail polish on the front; the brush head is 45 degrees to the nail surface, and color from one side of the nail surface to the other side; pay attention to the technique must be light, and apply forward along the back edge. This will prevent the nail polish from being unevenly applied.

If the nail polish is applied too thickly, the outer layer is dry when you shine the light, but the bottom layer is not completely dry, or if you like to take your hands out to observe when shining the light, wrinkles will easily appear. When applying nail polish, you must follow the principle of applying small amounts and multiple times. If you are worried that the color is not solid enough, you can apply a few more layers; make sure to shine the light for enough time, and resist the curiosity to observe, so that wrinkles will not appear.

How to apply nail polish evenly

1. The nail polish should not be too thick or too thin. If it is too thick, it will be applied too thickly, and if it is too thin, it will cause uneven application on the nails. Therefore, scrape off the nail polish on the back of the brush rod and the brush head before applying it.

2. Application method: first turn the customer's palm over, lift the fingers to be applied, take a small amount of base oil to wrap the edge, and apply from the little finger to the thumb. After wrapping the edge, turn the palm over to apply the base oil. The application order is from the middle to both sides (one stroke in the middle, one stroke on the left, and one stroke on the right). After the light is completely dry, apply the topcoat. The application method is the same as the base oil.

3. After the base oil is completely dry, apply nutrient solution to the dead skin around the edges of the nails to prevent the formation of hangnails.

Is nail polish carcinogenic?

Many people like to dye their nails for the sake of beauty, and nail polish is an indispensable item. Generally speaking, nail polish is not carcinogenic, but it contains a variety of carcinogenic chemicals. If you do your nails frequently or use nail polish frequently, there is a possibility of cancer.

The chemical substances in it are also very harmful to the human body. It is best not to change it too often. If you use ordinary nail polish for a long time, it is likely to cause some diseases.
