0 degrees, no pain - common mosquito bites, injections;

1st degree, mild pain, intermittent pain, no medication required - scratch, accidentally hit the door;

2nd degree, moderate pain, which is continuous pain, affects rest, and requires painkillers - gastroenteritis, dysmenorrhea;

Grade 3, severe pain, which is continuous pain and cannot be relieved without medication - limb destruction, nerve pain, dry socket after tooth extraction;

Degree 4, severe pain, continuous severe pain, accompanied by changes in blood pressure, pulse, etc. - the legendary trigeminal neuralgia.

According to this classification, first of all, most people will choose local anesthesia for tattoos, so they will feel that the needle is constantly pricking their skin, but they don’t feel much pain, which is 1 degree pain.

Of course, in special circumstances, long-term drinking or a recent history of anesthesia may lead to poor anesthetic effects, and after the anesthesia begins to wear off, there will be 2nd degree, or moderate pain.
