Causes and solutions for enlarged pores on both sides of the nose

Many of our friends have skin problems with large pores on both sides of their noses, both men and women. So what are the causes and solutions to this problem?

The pores on the nose are large, and the pores on both sides are also large. A lot of white stuff can be squeezed out of the pores. Usually it is because of ignoring the following things:

1. You haven’t exfoliated for a long time: The purpose of exfoliation is to reduce the accumulation of aging cells, promote skin metabolism and the replacement of old and new cells. If you haven’t exfoliated for a long time, sebum and waste will accumulate in the pores, enlarging the pores, and skin care products cannot be absorbed, which will accelerate the aging process.

2. If the moisturizing work is not done well, the skin will become dry and tight. At this time, the sebaceous glands will secrete oil to moisturize the skin. If the oil is secreted too much, it will clog the pores. The garbage in the pores will condense with the oil and oxidize to form white substances, which are blackheads.

3. Hygiene work is not done well: pillowcases and quilt covers are not washed, makeup is not removed properly, and the room is full of dust and garbage. These will attract mites, and then the mites will drill into the skin at night to eat oil and dandruff, or reproduce on the surface of the skin. Over time, the pores will become enlarged, and the bacteria on the mites will also infect and cause acne.

Step 1: Clean the room: The residence should be kept dry, ventilated and well-lit as much as possible. Pillows and quilt covers should be washed regularly. Mites are afraid of high temperatures. Hot water and sunlight can kill them. With fewer mites, there will naturally be less garbage in the pores.

Step 2: Wash your face with sweet orange flower: Sweet orange flower has a good astringent effect. It can not only shrink pores but also whiten your skin. Paired with rosemary, which has an anti-mite effect, we can create an organic sweet orange flower and rosemary facial cleanser. If you keep washing your face with it for a while, it can shrink pores, reduce oiliness, improve acne and blackheads, and is gentle and non-irritating.

Step 3: Use aloe vera gel before going to bed: Aloe vera gel has many functions. It can not only calm the skin, but also moisturize the skin. If you insist on using aloe vera gel before going to bed, after a period of time, the pores will shrink and the skin will become more delicate and smooth.

1) There is only one reason for the enlarged pores on the nose and sides of the nose + white stuff squeezed out of the pores: the pores are not cleaned regularly. The local skin on the nose and sides of the nose secretes more sebum, which accumulates in the pores and oxidizes into fatty acids, stimulating the pores to become keratinized and enlarged, and easily clogging the pores and causing acne. The white stuff is the sebum accumulated in the pores, and only a small amount of sebum on the outermost part is squeezed out. The sebum deep in the pores cannot be squeezed out.

2) There is only one method of care: clean and unclog the pores every day, just like we clean our facial skin every day. This way, sebum will not accumulate in the pores, and the pores will not become enlarged and white substances will not be squeezed out.

3) There are two generations of skin care products on the market that shrink pores:

1) The first generation of products for treating enlarged pores include blackhead extract/blackhead peeling mask/pore-tightening essence/pore cleansing liquid, etc. They mainly rely on glycolic acid (fruit acid/kojic acid/acetic acid/lactic acid/salicylic acid, etc.) to weakly corrode the stratum corneum (exfoliate), causing the epithelial cells at the pore opening to loosen and fall off, and the pores become temporarily smaller, but there are two disadvantages:

1》Using it once will damage the skin. If you use it too much, the skin will become thin, red, dry, stinging, and itchy. In the future, red blood streaks, allergies, rebound spots will appear, and the pores will become larger.

2. The first generation of products is only a temporary solution. It relies on exfoliation to temporarily improve enlarged pores, but does not really clean the sebum accumulated in the pores and unclog the pores. That is, sebum will continue to accumulate in the pores and continue to oxidize into fatty acids to stimulate the pores to become larger. Therefore, the pores will become larger again after a while.

2) The second generation of products for treating enlarged pores include the Pore Purifying Refreshing Mask/Purifying Refining Essence. The second generation products no longer contain glycolic acid ingredients and no longer exfoliate to damage the skin. Instead, they use a new hydrolysis technology to gradually break down the sebum accumulated in the pores, which means that the pores are truly clean and unobstructed from the source. There is no longer any fatty acid stimulating keratinization, and the pores will naturally shrink, become thinner and clean. It is also very good at preventing acne from growing, and the effect is clear.
