Today's phototherapy lamps are generally divided into UV lamps and LED lamps. Compared with UV lamps, LED lamps are better.

First of all, LED light is visible light with a wavelength of 400mm-500mm, which is the same as ordinary lighting light and does not harm human skin and eyes. Ordinary UV light has a wavelength of 365mm and belongs to UVA. UVA attacks the dermis and even the subcutaneous tissue. A small amount of UVA can cause great damage to the skin. More importantly, the damage caused by UVA is cumulative and irreversible, so UVA is also called UV Aging. Long-term exposure to UVA can cause acute keratitis and conjunctivitis, chronic cataracts and other eye diseases. Therefore, using LED light therapy gel can avoid the damage of ultraviolet rays to the skin and eyes, which is beneficial to human health.

Ordinary nail polish or phototherapy nail. The glue used for manicure is called nail glue, also called nail polish glue. It is a special glue for manicure now. But if it is really not available, use the traditional nail polish or phototherapy nail instead. Phototherapy glue, also known as light-effect solidifying glue, originated in Japan. It is not recommended to use other glues instead of nail glue, because professional nail glue is used for manicure, which is used as an adhesive between the nail piece and the nail. If nail glue is not used when doing manicure, the nail piece will not be firm, and the nail piece will fall off easily after manicure.
