How to use the stepper correctly

1. Swing your arms. The higher you swing your arms, the greater the intensity.

2. Squat down with your lower body, don't let your bent knees go beyond your toes, then stand up straight and return to the state of exercise; 3. Hold the pull rope tightly and swing it up and down;

4. Hold the rope tightly, raise one hand above your head, then raise the other hand above your head as you step, and lower the original hand to your waist;

5. Hold the rope tightly. When one foot steps forward, stretch the corresponding hand forward and put the other hand at the waist. Then, as you step forward, stretch the other hand forward, leaving the original hand at the waist.

6. Hold the rope tightly and stretch your hands to the sides as you step.

If we only talk about weight loss, the stepper has a good weight loss effect. The fitness bike has an obvious fitness effect, but to exercise fitness muscles, you need to do aerobic exercise on the stepper first, lose weight, and lose excess fat. Only then will fitness be effective.

1. Knee injury

The stepper is not exactly like when people walk naturally, with the legs and body perpendicular to the ground. Instead, in order to increase body twisting, the legs are not designed to be at right angles to the ground. This way, when you step hard, the legs exert force at an angle and injure the knees.

2. Make your legs thicker

Improper stepper training may make your legs thicker. Stepping on a stepper can exercise leg muscle groups and burn leg fat. However, improper stepper training, such as incorrect posture, excessive exercise intensity, and not paying attention to relaxation after exercise, may make your legs longer and thicker.
