If you apply too much phototherapy glue and dry it under the nail lamp, your nails will become very strong and smoother. In fact, applying too much phototherapy glue is not a good thing. The phototherapy glue itself will solidify and shape, and it needs to absorb some heat. If you apply too much, your hands will be exposed to the nail lamp for a longer time and absorb more heat. Your hands will feel burning and stinging in the nail lamp. During the manicure process, if you feel any discomfort, you must tell the manicurist. After all, they are professionals and they will know how to deal with these situations. If your hands hurt when you are using the nail lamp, take your hands out to dissipate the heat, and put your hands into the nail lamp after a while. When applying phototherapy glue in the future, a thin layer on the nails is enough. Apply it evenly, apply one layer and let it dry before applying another layer. You can apply 2 to 3 layers. The manicure made in this way will be more durable and will reduce the damage to your hands.

Mobile phone light cannot dry nail polish. Nail polish should be dried with a phototherapy lamp. Turning on the mobile phone light for a long time will affect the service life of the lamp and also consume the life of the battery.
